I have never written a apartment review before but this place is so good...I have been working the past few summers with my company in different cities around the USA. In Boston, NYC, DC, San Francisco and now Chicago, they always find a upscale downtown high-rise for me. This is one of the best! Well located, just off Michigan av. on the river (don't need a car). Great views of the city, especially at night. Friendly and helpful staff, from the doormen to the manager. Two great grocery store within 3 blocks, not to mention all the top restaurants and bars nearby.

It's like living in a luxury condo with great staff and amenities... but without paying the luxury price. I love my apartment and its renovated features, I love the upstairs gym/internet center/sunroom, the laundry and loading dock are great... and .. We're close to everything Chicago has to offer!

Fabulous! Wonderful maintenance staff - all staff are fantastic. Clean, quiet for the most part, affordable, and one of the most spacious apartments in the city that I've seen. Lots of places in walking distance, awesome dining, outdoor events are in walking distance, yet quiet and a feel of home all the time.

I would say that the apartment themselves are nothing spectacular, but you don't pay that much for having an apartment in such a prime location. The staff is also very helpful and friendly, which makes living there a lot easier. If you don't mind taking some time to decorate the rather bare apartment, you can have a wonderfully luxurious space in the best location for working downtown.. for less than competing buildings. Parking is not super convenient since it is valet and can take a little while for them to get your car even when you call down, but hey it's downtown and only 200 a month. Noise. Never hear anything Grounds are fine, inside is kept very well Safety - inside is perfect, but some people loiter nearby

I would explain all the extra's the building does for its tenants.We have a great staff of door men. Parties given by the building, dinner on Wednesdays etc. The maintenance people are also efficient.

You would'nt find a better environment to call home, from the management staff to the maintenaince staff.

Great service/staff, location, views, laundry, concourse conveniences, computer/exercise/sun rooms; quiet neighbors; online bill payment.

Location is perfect. You can walk to nearly everything you'd ever need, and to lots of entertainment, much of it free in the summer. Apartments are much larger than other rental buildings in the neighborhood. The staff is superior; friendly, helpful, professional. They make it feel like home. Overall building maintenance is excellent. And when anything in the apartment does need fixing, it is taken care of the same or next day.
