Maintenance
Yes, Maintenance is available 24/7.
Please submit work orders to Habitat Home App.
Work orders are handled on a first come first serve basis, unless it is an emergency.
You're not required to be home during service! Just make sure to update the "permission to enter" on your service request. If "no" is selected and we can't get in touch, the ticket will be closed and you'll need to submit a new one.
Residents are welcome to visit the front desk for assistance. If you're locked out during office hours, there's no charge! For lockouts after hours, we can still provide a key, but a $50 fee will apply.
You are more than welcome to decorate your apartment! When hanging items, please ensure holes are not put in the ceiling or window frames and can be drilled in the walls as long as the holes are no larger than a dime.If you decide to paint, please remember you’ll need to return it to the original color or charges may apply. Any other alterations to your apartment will need approval from the management office. Enjoy making your space your own!

Our homes come unfurnished, but no worries! You can contact CORT, and they’ll be happy to help furnish your space.
There is a one-time pet fee of $200 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets. Pet rent is $10 per month for each pet. For ESA animals, pet rent and fees are waived, provided they are approved through our third-party partner, PetScreening.
While there are no weight restrictions, please note that there are breed restrictions for some dog breeds.
We are currently offering 12-month lease but terms are subject to change.
We do not offer corporate leases.
We have a dog run on the East side of the community, perfect for your furry friend! Plus, there's a lovely dog park just 5-10 minutes away in Lakeshore East Park for even more playtime.
Dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave (renovated homes only).
Packages can be picked up from the Receiving Room, Package Concierge lockers, or the USPS Mailbox.
The fitness center is open 24/7.
We do not but we do work with CORT who can furnish your home on your move in date.
The gym is equipped with treadmills, stairmasters, ellipticals, free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more!
Quiet Hours are Sunday-Thursday 9 pm- 8 am and Friday-Saturday 10 pm-8 am. Garden Room is available for $75/hour from 9 am-10:30 pm.
Our property offers a variety of great amenities, including a 24-Hour Fitness Center, 24-Hour Laundry Room, 24-Hour Internet Lounge, Sun Room, Garden Room, Garden Patio, and Greener Cleaner Lockers.
The Garden Room is available from 9 AM to 10:30 PM, and the Garden Patio is available from 9 AM to 11 PM.
Valet parking is available through the Hyatt Regency Chicago Hotel next door and is managed by LAZ Parking. The cost is $250 per month with 24/7 access. You can access the valet service through the Pedway, which connects directly to our community Concourse.
No, however, we do have a 24-hour Laundry Room located on the Dock floor, featuring 22 washers and 24 dryers. The cost to wash is $2-$3, and drying is $2-$2.50. Additionally, Greener Cleaner Lockers are available for your convenience.
Yes, we welcome both cats and dogs! There is a limit of 2 pets per home, and some breed restrictions do apply.

Fee equal to two month's rent as penalty and must submit a 30-day notice of intent to vacate.
Yes, renter's insurance is required.
Utilities are charged in addition to rent and include water, trash, sewage, and 1 GBPS Speed Internet. Utilities range between $60-$75 and change based on your floor plan. Residents are responsible for paying electricity via ComED.

You can use Astound for both internet and cable services.
Yes, residents can earn up to $1,500 every year—$500 for each referral, with a maximum of 3 referrals.
Guests can be added in the Habitat Home App under Visitors. Visitors must check in with the front desk before gaining access to the community. You must accompay your guests in all common areas.

No, we do not offer price reductions for signing a longer lease or paying rent a year in advance.

Appointments are preferred but walk-ins are welcomed as long as our team is able to accommodate and not serving other prospects or residents.
We do not accept security deposits.
Subleasing is prohibited in our community. Residents can relet their homes which is similar but less liability to the tenant.
The Management office is located in the Lobby of the community. Our hours are Monday-Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday-Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and we are closed on Sundays.

The costs include a $450 one-time administrative fee and a $75 application fee per applicant.

The nearest dog park is just 5-10 minutes away.
There are no bike trails nearby.
Residents can shop at Whole Foods, Block 37, Target, Bockwinkles, Mariano's, and CVS.
The nearest coffee shop is Starbucks, located at Illinois Center & Michigan Ave, just a short walk away from the property.
